  1. my guess is she will be ahead again by tonight

  2. Denial is the first stage of shock when one encounters a life-threatening injury or disease.

  3. I think she's been terrible when it has come to her not winning, since Super Tuesday.  When Obama beat her in caucuses, she said caucuses were undemocratic and unfair.  She claimed other wins were just because of strongly faithful black voters (ala South Carolina).  In other states like Idaho, she said it didn't matter at all because they were red states that wouldn't be taken in the election.  It's divisiveness like that that really put a bad mark on her campaign and put a big wedge between the unifying effects of Obama's campaign, that is pulling in not only many Democrats, but Independents, Republicans, and disenfranchised voters who would not otherwise vote and Clinton's campaign.

  4. Well, this is a heated competition and she is being coached by her campaign managers/advisers, as is Obama on how to handle situations like these.  I'm sure when either party wins primaries and caucus they would love to jump up and down and probably want to say 'in your face!!!"  Butttt... that's for us to do.  I think its all strategic on her part.

    Obama 08!!!

  5. That's a great question.  He always seems to acknowledge her when she wins.  You see, it is the humility that people respect in him.  She seems to lack this.  Just my opinion.

  6. I guess she feels like it's been acknowledged enough!  Obama certainly doesn't need her to put a spotlight on him.  He's getting plenty of attention on his own...  Why should she give him a pat on the pack?

I'm an Obama supporter but I recognize the logic of Clinton's strategy.

  7. no one wants to be a loser or even acknowledge it.  i think she is pretty much in shock over how things have gone so far.

  8. One word:

    Superdelegates

  9. She doesn't really have anything to concede yet, so I see no point in congratulating him or not.  They're running a very close race, and it will be a few more months before a candidate becomes clear, if at all.  It may end up to the superdelegates.  I think there's plenty of disagreements on the horizon for the Dems.
