Why haven't I heard Tranquilize by The Killers on the radio?

I really like this song but I havent heard it on the radio why isnt anyone playing it?

Maybe it was not officially released yet.

Sometimes labels have to pay radio companies for a song's airtime. More like a commercial.

Don't worry though, songs not played on the radio are often the best written songs. Also, you don't get tired listening to it if it's rare. :)
