Why haven't I received my order yet?

About ten days ago I ordered a book on Amazon.com. I paid 15 extra dollars for it to arrive in one business day, but I still haven't gotten it yet. Can I get my 15 extra dollars back? And does anybody know why they haven't sent my book yet?

ummm... you need to contact Amazon.com... not Yahoo! Answers.  They are very reliable, so there must've been some problem at the shipping end. Didn't you get and order confirmation and also an e-mail with a tracking number?  I've ordered from Amazon.com many times, and have always gotten one.  Check your emails.  But it would make a lot more sense if you contacted Amazon.com directly.  There customer service is known to be pretty good.

Also.. that type of delivery usually requires a signature.  If delivery was attempted and you weren't at home, you would have gotten a notice from the delivery service too.  I think they'll try twice, then you have to pick it up.  But again... Contact Amazon.com.
