Why haven't i gotten my period yet? ?

i haven't gotten my period in almost three months, the beginning of august i had what looked like implantation bleeding, i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative....so now i'm confused...is it too early to tell? advice?

It may be too early to tell.  I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
