  1. It might have been too hot for them.


  2. Perhaps you are trying to grow it in a Fool's Garden.  

  3. You don't say how old the tree is?They take four years before producing much fruit.Secondly has it been well fertilized?Have you watered it well?Have you got a fruiting variety? Check your type with your local garden center.They may make a better suggestion for you.

  4. You have a male tree

    Or: If you have a female tree, there has not been a necessary cross pollination from a male tree elsewhere...

  5. Lemon trees usually start producing 2 years after grafting. Was your tree planted from seed? If it was it may take years.
