    Hello Allie L

Using the new My Yahoo! (not Classic/older version) with Windows XP or Vista with Internet Explorer 7 move through these options and suggestions:

    1. Select "Personalize my page", select "Options", select "Auto-Refresh | On", select "Close" on the right corner when you're ready.  Refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key.

    2. Clear browser cache, http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbu...

    3. Check your browser is set to refresh automatically. For Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings, in the Settings dialog box, under Check for newer versions of stored pages:, click the Automatically radio button.  In the Temporary Internet files folder section, set the Amount of disk space to use: to at least 250 megabytes (MB).  Click OK.

    4. Update Java, http://www.java.com/

    5. Update Flash Player, http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/abou...

If you're using Windows 98 or Millenium or other older operating systems and browsers these suggestions may not be the solution.

You can try Mozilla Firefox browser. Download and install at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

    Best wishes,
