  1. Well most people probably didn't pay that much attention to you before so they really didn't notice you were that much heavier. Congrats though that is a huge accomplishment.

  2. hey, isn't that like.. erm.. oh what is it.. oh yeah about 17st?

cos i'm about that many pounds (210 round about)

    i dunno

can i ask how u lost it? did u lose it healthily?

god knows why they haven't noticed but u've lost loads of weight!! well done!

  3. Congrats gal keep up the spirit. Don't worry swetie with time they will notice am sure.

Why don't you attach some photos before and after then we can celebrate with you.

  4. depends where you lost it from. if it was your legs or your bum or something they might not notice, its more noticable if its your b***s, or your stomach and if your face looks thinner.

  5. wow thats great!! how did u lose so much? im trying to lose weight but its going no where...

i do realise that i actually havent answered ur ques lol.  i think maybe its not that visible, if u tone up, that might help?.. well, good luck with the last 2 lbs.

  6. People who see you every day can not notice such thing because they always have your most recent image on their mind, so they just do not have any think to compare with but previous one, and even at this much weight loss, one is not able to see any difference. I am sure if you meet some one who has not seen you in 3 months will notice this weight loss right away, so do not worry, but you can always ask the family member for the comments.

Your weight loss in 4 month is very good and hope you can keep it off and you do need to get fit still. Your Ideal weight per the sites used by doctors should be 161lbs. So keep up the good work do not give up you are doing it for you and not for any one else.

  7. People are generally polity and do not like mentioning other people's weight.  If you tell someone they are looking slim, the implication is that they weren't before, so people tend to steer clear of the whole subject to avoid embarrassment, especially if weight is a big issue for you (which it seems to be).

  8. That's about 3 stone you've lost isn't it? (Sorry, I'm in the UK, I work in stones not pounds). That's quite a lot - they MUST have noticed!

Ah - Forget them! You are losing weight for you, not them. You should be really pleased with yourself. Perhaps they're jealous!

  9. you lost it so gradually no one noticed.

  10. well done you. if people are seeing you every day they won't really notice unless they take particular interest in the way you look. people who haven't seen you since 4 months ago will notice more. maybe people aren't saying anything incase you get offended? just celebrate it. talk to your friends and say i feel great that i've lost so much weight. They will say what they think about it and about how you look if you bring it up first :-)

  11. Perhaps you've always worn it well and the difference isn't that noticeable?

Maybe they think you will be offended?

    Either way, well done you!

  12. wow! well done, thats loads off! they might not want 2 say anything to offend you, cos it would kinda be saying that you were fat/chubby b4. just be happy, and keep up the good work!
