Why havent we got out S.A.T's results?

why havent we not got our S.A.T's results yet. we didnt get them on the last week of school so we wernt meant to get them sent in the post for the first few weeks but it is nearly the end of the holidays and we still dont have them?

some people say they are lost, are they?

do we have to do them again?

Where have you been for the last few weeks? It's been all over the news! An american company was responsible for the marking and getting the results back to the schools. They lost some, sent some to the wrong schools, marked some wrongly and generallly made a complete mess of it all. You won't have to do them again so don't worry.

Considering the fact that SATs were originally to help schools know how children were doing and how to improve the curriculum rather than to test children and stress them out I wouldn't worry at all about your results. They don't have SATs in Scotland or Wales.
