Why i'm not getting verified on paypal???

i am from India... i've been trying to verify myself since past 2 months!! but everyday i submit 'em my driver license copy, telephone bill, invoices but they keep rejecting everything and there is always message "waiting for your response".

also i tried sending paypal validation code again and again but i nevah received any bank statement yet!! my home telephone is registered on my father's name... but i have few invoices with me.. i scanned it and submitted image to paypal but they rejected it!!

i tried to email their customer care but no response. there is no facility to directly ask them why i'm not getting verified!! i'm sick of this paypal thing. it is the worst online banking service i evah came across!!

my payments are stuck in paypal account and i can't even withdraw it!! please can anyone tell me why this is happening?? where i'm missing?? i'm i submitting it wrong way??

Im in the us and all I had to do to get verifed was add a bank account I didn't have to send in anything

Do you currently live in India? or you are just from there? I find Paypal to be really wonderful once things are up and going. You can call them on the phone and they are very helpful. I got this from the paypal website...

as far as my knowlege is concern pp acount can get verified only either by ur bank account , or by gredit card number.

as u got payment to collect it quickly get a credit card on ur name and enter that number in ur pp account to get it verified  immediately . if u opt for bank account enter ur indian bank number in ur pp account  so that very small amount may be 1 dollar is deposited intio ur indian bank account to the bank acc mention in ur pp account by pp agency, and after recieving that small amount in ur account u should mention how much amount u have recieved in ur indian account , in ur pp account, then after verifying the amount mentioned in ur pp acount , pp agency will get ur account verified , so if u prefer bank account process to get verify ur pp account it takes about

minimum 3 months  by that time the amount which u recieved to be taken from chob,and mays, will be rejected by paypal to recieve.

hence my advice is get a international valid credit card(visa) etc on ur bank account , then mention the credit card number in ur pp account so that it gets sooner to be verified.

u must get verified, big amounts excedinding the limit only by verification of ur pp account.
