Why i can't boot the second player after i play with low rate player than come hight rate to cover he or she?

in the rating game i prefer to boot second player who came after the first player is gone to play with me and i lose with the first player who may have low rate..could be by internet chess game mafia.

You can't boot anyone if you aren't the host.

You can't boot your opponent once a rated game starts.

You can boot watchers if they're not involved in the game and you're the host.
