It appear a message that sais, "More request cannot be completed. Sevice book information not found"

go to your carriers  bis service  ex  if  you have at&t  do a yahoo search ( att bis)  once you get to the site enter your info pin password etc  and send service books.  also  hook your berry up to the puter and use the dm( desktop manager)  and once it runs  make sure your attachment service has a ck in the box
