  1. maybe u have insomia or sleeping disorder.


  2. too much adrenaline, cortisol , not enough melatonin,. or your brain is thinking too much,. low serotonin or you had too much caffeine products before bed/today.

    could be any of those things.. if it continues, go to heath food store and buy melatonin and take that 30 -60 mins before the time you want to sleep, try that for 2 weeks, if that doesnt work, go back to health food store and buy 5 htp, take 50-100 mg 1 hour before bed, try that for 2 weeks, if that does not work,. then go to doctor and tell him/her about the problem

    also cut out drinking caffeine and eating chocolate after 4pm.

  3. Maybe you have insomnia, try to check to the doctor.

    but if you cant sleep do things. coz then you will get tired
