Why i cannot set 'my yahoo' my homepage?

It says that the page requested was not found after I set it.

I cannot set my Yahoo as my home page.  Yahoo Local keeps coming up.  I have tried all the ways you have given me and nothing seems to work.

if you have already set it up on your tools (internet options) try refreshing it.

make sure you have put the right url/address
