What format is it in? Make sure it's a format Movie Maker accepts.

I don't completely understand what you mean by the question, but here's what I know.

If you mean you're uploading it from a camera, you have to plug it in and select the option to capture from a camera.  (must be digital)

If you mean making one with paint or something like that, you want to upload the pictures into a collection, and then drag them into the time line.

If you mean downloading one from the internet, you have to make sure it is in MVW format, and then you can watch it without movie maker if you save it into your files.

If you mean uploading it to the internet, you have to do the option "publish to" and then "this computer."  This will put it in a format that is compatable with placing on sites such as You-Tube.
