Why i cant view photos in nero photo snap viewer?

They are probably set by default to open with windows picture viewer, just right -click the picture and select open with and a list should come up if nero photo viewer isn't there then select choose program instead then from the recommended program list choose nero and if you want photos to open with nero viewer from there on put a tick in always use this program with this file.

Alternatively you can open up Nero viewer first then go to file> open and browse.
