Why i don't have a 360 profile comment bar? how can i get it?

i made this page on 360 yahoo profiles but everyone has a comment bar on their page but i don't. do u know how to add that to my profile?

On the 360 'my page' is the settings for the Quick  comments.

In your Blog settings ,set to public

''who can view your blog''

and

''who can post comments''

These are the major settings for posting comments

You mean a comment box or module on your Top Page.

- In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). The comments module is the lowest box on the left side of your "My Page."

- Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Just Me (Private)" to something else if you want others to actually type in a textual comment as well.

- Check the "enable quick comments box"

- Click the "Save" button.
