Why i dont get any notification to undrestand if the k1 visa is accepted ?

it is more than a month that the K1 visa is submitted and yet no notification nor any case number to be able to track the fil. what should we do?

it usually takes them at least 3 months to send notification that they received the application and about 4-6 months for them to let you know whether it was approved or not. this is on the faster side. sometimes it takes longer.

yours is not the only petition being sent. there are thousands others that were sent before yours. so naturally, it takes them awhile to get to your application.

The notification will come when the immigrant is notified of their interview date. This could take at least 3 months

There might be a backlog at the service center. You will get a notification by regular mail (called Notice of Action) to inform you that they got the case and will be processing it.

How did you make the payment? If you do so by check you can check with your bank when it had been cashed.
