  1. you should have listened to what they arrested you for. they would have told you when they arrested you. whatever is new is what they were missing.

  2. Start doing community service...thats funny!  Won't matter in the least to the judge, besides probably thinking, "this pothead already does community service, what should I do to teach them a lesson?"

You don't have to be arrested right away.  The officers took the evidence and built the whole case before deciding to charge you.  happens all the time.

  3. I suppose you like in British Columbia.

  4. I'd love if I were in your shoes to file a request (in the UK it comes under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Data Protection Act 1998) to see what, if any, data is held on their records about yourself... It wouldn't surprise me in this day and age if the police used if themselves instead of logging it... DISCLAIMER: I am in no way insinuating that most/all/majority of police officers are "bent"/corrupt, on the contrary

  5. don't be stupid, you were arrested but you just don't remember it

  6. they probably did extensive personal experiments until there was no evidence left.

  7. Prior to arresting you, the agency had to have a lab report in hand to file a complaint to get a warrant.

You can't start community service for the court until the court orders it.

  8. You made the stupid mistake. I suppose you are back to smoking it again too.

  9. "Who made a stupid mistake?"

Wow, that's EASY!  YOU did by cultivating illegal drugs!

You probably weren't arrested when the plants were first confiscated because they needed to test them and the volume didn't appear to warrant arrest at the time.  You WERE subsequently arrested based upon the warrant.

FYI, you won't start your CS until after the conviction.  You can't do it before then.  Assuming that you are convicted, the judge will see a convicted drug producer, not someone of "good moral character" standing in the docket.

  10. they are most likely waiting on lab results after testing the plants.  you can likely expect a warrant to be issued for you arrest in the near future if there is not one already.

  11. Doing community service ahead of time will not help at all. I doubt you will get jail time with no record and for such a small amount of pot. You broke the law - take your lumps and stay out of trouble.

If you get caught again, it won't be so easy.
