Why in Islam it seems that GOD love has a limit. That he is not willing to die in order to save us ?

To Naseer your the one should be laughing at yourself of course from a pagan point of view GOD will not die for us and expect us to die for him. GOD cannot experience sins because it will make him unholy that is why our sins on this earth has created a barrier. But through his only incarnated son Jesus Christ, he died for us on the cross so that we can be redeem. GOD in Spiritual form cannot experience and only through flesh he can experince it

God, as a supremebeing, does not die for my sins. God, as a supremebeing, questions me and punishes me if I do sins. How could be a code of ethics without God being the supremebeing who punishes the sinners and reward the righteous?

And if you think your God died for your sins, to save you.. do you mean there is a supremebeing for your God, that would punish you if your God did not die to save you?

Why would God need to die?  He is all powerful, all knowing, there is no reason for him to sacrifice himself to save anyone.  If he is capable of anything then why should he die?

You are looking at this from a Christian perspective, giving God human qualities, but God is God, not human.

Hazrat Isa is a prophet, a man. He is not a God, or son of God, he is a prophet of God.

God is not faliable, God is magnificent and the creator of all that you see.

God loves us immensly, look around at everything we have been given, ther is no limit to what God can give us.

God is all powerful, so if he dies he let's death overcome him which is not possible for a God. Therefore a true God cannot die. Since Jesus can die then Jesus is not God.
