Why in my fantay baseball league is there a cant cut list?

The cant cut list was made so that when a person who has a team that will not make the playoffs gives up and doesn't want to play anymore, they cant drop all of their good players for fun to create an unfair advantage for the other teams.  The only downside is that if a great player is having a terrible season and doesn't get injured, you can't drop him.

The previous poster is right,,but there is a way to dump them.

Last year (they may have changed it) I dumped Joe Mauer,who was injured/SucKiNG,and he was on the cant cut list...I think I just added a player,and it asked me who I wanted to drop,and it went through.
