It wasn't that big of an elbow, more of an after though.

He still should have known better.

I dont see any tape over the countries crest. I dunno what to say about that.

As for the crest:  I heard them talk about it.  It's an Olympic rule that no crests are allowed on the jerseys.  A lot of countries have decided to ignore the rule, and supposedly they are going to be fined.  USA decided to respect it.

As to what Orosco did---no explanation.
