  1. Bharat isnt developing. 2/3 of people living in bharat live in poverty. it's still a 3rd world country


  2. India is a developing country coz it is developing now in many ways...It was a backward country but now it is able to catch up with the other countries in almost all the things...(For eg:-Nuclear power..)...Thus it's called as a developing country.

  9. Human Development index is very low. It stands at 128th position out of 174 countries for which HDI has been measured. It is in the group of medium human development, not in the group of high human development or low human development. Hence, it is a developing country. For the next 100 years, it will be in this category. It can never reach the high development group because the geo-political forces will not allow the same.
