Because the population is growing so fast, food production cannot keep up.  No society could ever support that kind of population growth.

a change with our youngsters to avoid the illegal food.They must struggle with their parents for the legal food. If we are ready to change there is no chance for starvation. Any of our

youngster is hearing the truth and ready to sacrifice their modern enjoyments ?

today poverty is the most emerging problem of india.due to poverty poor can't get enough food for their survival.the main root of starvation is poverty.our indian goverment is trying to generate new jobs for them now-a-days but still we could't get the result.the main cause behind the question is that our indian government couldn't get proper leader.corruption is the major problem.some corrupted leaders r spoiling our governance.due to their presence into our parliament the surplus amount couldn't reach to the needy.they use this amount for their own.if corruption should b reduced from every centre then i m sure our people will not have to face such kind of difficulty.on that day india will b the most powerful country with no poor into the world.so pray to God for our country's best future.

The reason is that all the people in our country have the power to purchase food, though food is available in the market after green revolution. Now the power comes from employment and as number of unemployed as well as underemployment is large in number, starvation remains.

It has achieved green revolution,

May be within few years....you will find there will not be any starvation cases.
