  3. markets have come down all over the world and so has the Indian market. Every time us stock market sneezes, Indianmarket catches a cold. it is the effect of globalisation

  4. hi i have sure tips of  NSE & BSE  scripts. if u want online tips during market hours or premarket calls then add my id muk_chaturvedi@yahoo.co.in otherwise plz ignore it.

  5. There are a number of reasons for that. Inflation, spike in crude oil prices, expected slowdown in the economy, recessionary trends in US, increase in interest rates etc.

  6. India is still growing at a brisk pace.  Their GDP increased more than 8% in the first quarter.  As with any economy that grows at such a brisk pace, inflation is becoming an issue.  Food and fuel prices are weighing down the economy.  And like China, India is cutting fuel subsidies making energy more expensive.  Since the economy relies on energy to power industry and ship goods, this is dragging down profit margins.

Also Indian regulators have clamped down on foreign investments.  Since it is more diffcult for investors to put moeny into the market, Indian companies have less cash coming in to fuel growth.

Also, Indian central bankers keep threatening to raise interest rates which drives investors into safer investments such as bonds.
