tht is bcos still there are ppl who have disregard for rules... we see that in our day today life where ppl obey traffic signs only when there is a police.. this is a very sad picture but is really true..

The reforms should come from every individual and that has not occured.... Who are we gonna blame for this time?? It is none other than us.. there is conflict between states for water... Ppl have lost their compassion towards others and feel that they dont have any responsibilities as a citizen of this country...

       So there is someone to overlook our performance everywhere here in India.....

The guard is not akin to a policeman.

The guard helps the drivers in a lot of ways and ensures that the train consist works in the proper way.
