I watched the 125 GP Cardion AB Ceske Repubuliky on the telly and what a race! The lead changes in the last lap had me in sweats. i like the big bikes but watching the Derbis and Aprillas battle back and forth is the tops.

  1. They are my favorite too. I guess they must be a lot closer on HP and the others are. My goodness they are absolutely great to watch though.

  2. i beg your pardon....

  3. They are fun to watch aren't they. I think it's the close racing, same power approx.etc.

  4. How can you not love the 125cc? I sometimes wonder should I even watch the MotoGP class...

The thing is that the bikes are almost the same. We can even say that they are equal. For me, this is the thing that makes the race so interesting. The other thing is the number of riders that are competing. More riders, more fun!

I hope this weekend the MotoGP class to show something interesting because the last time they weren't doing so good. But I'm sure that the 125cc will be fun to watch! :)

  5. The smaller classes have less to work with, within the frame-work of Class rules tha the GP class. Rider skill and asset management (saving your tires for later laps) come into play moreso than the big bikes.

  6. A lot of it down to the bike and the riders been so equal. Yes the Aprillias are quickest, bit the other makes are so close.

It is always great racing. I ( A.Nik ) somtimes wonder why to bother watching the blue ribbon class. The 250`s are top dog aswell.

  7. I think that is more entertaining because there is so much more buzz involved. The bikes are smaller and that is why the rider's skill plays the leading part, not the machine,of course its quality isn't unimportant as well.

  8. U should also watch the world superbikes, they battle it out hard too.
