Why is 'SKY' package base such a problem.

the package sky base that can be found at the sky.com

as i was saying the internet says upto 2mb it never ever goes higher than 40kb its always around 28kb and i downloaded stuff like broadband optimizer and download accelerator plus and al that c**p but the internet speed never increase and when i download one thing e.g a game thats 100mb its uses all the connection on downloading that (28kb) and the internet wont come back until that is fully downloaded its so bloddy anoying , my mum called thier technical thing so many times but all they do is get us a high phone bill

is thier a way i can increase the speed like 100kbp/s or 50 something atleast

no packages (download accelerator) will increase your broadband speed, regardless of what they tell you! you internet speed is soley down to you distance from the exchange, you wont ever get a decent response from Sky, as it'll be written into your contract that the speed sold to you was a guide rather than fact, broadband companies are very good at s******g over unaware consumers
