Why is America smarter than China?

Even though China has over 5,000 years of history and America only has about 500-600. America seems to have more technology, more cures, and better government. And China seems to have less glory, in the technological (etc) part?

ok well if u really want to get into it everything my be made in china like game systems an stuff, but lets not forget who started the internet who invnted microsof .an on top of all that U.S has sent man to the moon and back, and has sent artifical intelligence around are whole solar system china has just sent there first man into outer space!!!!! so china has some benifits and are smarter in somethings but majority there not' U.S has scientsist from different parts of the globe so in my opion i think U.S is smarter, we both rely on each in technology
