Why is America such good friends with Saudi Arabia?

Most of the hijackers come from Saudi Arabia as well as Bin Laden. I dont get it if there was any country to invade then it should have been Saudi Arabia. Iraq had nothing to do with 911 even Bush admits it

cause they have the most oil thats where we get our oil so if we arnt friends we cant get oil unless we kill them but i dont believe in violence
