  1. The Logan act prohibits private citizens from negotiating with goverments.

John Kerry is guilty under this act, but from what I see of the Bilderberg meeting on the BBC there are no government officials there so I fail to see where your case lies.

If you are going to make inflammatory statements like this you should present a fuller set of facts.

  2. First, no one has EVER been prosecuted for a violation of the Logan Act since it was passed in 1799. Not one person. Ever.

Second, the Bilderberg meeting is a convention of private individuals, few of whom are even in the field of government or politics anyway. (Most of them are businessmen and bankers) Attendance could not, under any stretch of the imagination, be construed to violate the Logan Act, which concerns Foreign Relations - the relationships of the US government with the governments of foreign nations.

  3. Who knows? The law has never been enforced. But it was fun  seeing Alex Jones bull horning him during the last meeting. Watched it all on You Tube.
