Question:

Why is Bush always blameless?

The biggest attack in America happened under his watch, we have hyperinflation, record deficit spending and debt--yet Bush is never to blame and people still blame Carter for most of the things that happened under his watch! When will Bush ever assume any responsibility for anything? Why do we even have a president if everything these days are always blamed on some outside force or on Congress?

  1. well you people seem to blame him all the time and there are a lot of things his administration has had to eat so your question is without merit do so research before you start to cry about things you don't understand, and if you wanna point fingers for 9/11 look at your friend bill Clinton and how many times he let Bin laden go

  2. i believe if he can take credit for what is good that the bad goes along with it

  3. Many of the issues we are dealing are due to forces largely beyond the control of the President. Keep in mind that the government of the U.S. was not created to interfere with and control our lives. It was created to promote a healthy environment in which everyone can strive to succeed.   Our government has gotten way out of hand on how much control they have. On top of that, they aren't even handling their primary function properly. They should be inviting more business to the country, not taxing and restricting them to the point of forcing them out of the country.

The President makes decisions, but Congress creates all of the proposals and laws.  Although I feel that what is causing more damage than anything else is the two party system.  There should be NO political parties at all.  Run based solely on your own personal beliefs.  Running for office was never intended to be only for the wealthy and/or powerful. It was supposed to be for the average man to help make decisions on how to direct the country.

The last good president we had I think was George Washington, who actually warned the country not to fall into political party designations.

I'll stop blaming Congress when they stop doing idiotic things like spending time scolding oil executives for making an absurd $0.09 profit on a gallon of gas while the US government makes $0.18.  Or when they stop wasting time have a McClellan book review.  When Congress starts taking our concerns seriously then I'll stop blaming them. For now, I don't feel that they have even the slightest clue of how to improve our country. They are too out of touch with reality and have been shut up in their political world for too long.

  4. It's called taking responsibility, cowards do not take responsibility.

  5. He's firm? : )

  6. The same reason people are supporting McCain - they are living in a fantasy world.  They don't want to accept the fact that Bush has messed up BIG time.  Bush should have NEVER been elected, especially for a second term.  I thought the Reagan/Bush era was a disaster........the Bush/Cheney years are far worse!!  It took Bill Clinton to come in and make things better after the dog and pony show = now it will be up to Barack Hussein Obama to fix the mess created by Bush/Cheney!!

  11. Bush has a hand up his bottom that is owned by Uncky d**k, the sharpshooter married to a fat lezzie erotica author with a lezzie duaghter with biceps bigger than Tysons.

  12. As long as there are apologists for Bush and the GOP slams it all on the Dems, Bush comes out looking clean and pretty, although he is as dirty as the rest of them

  13. because republicans think they are better than anyone else

  14. When you don't get credit for the good things you shouldn't get the blame for the bad.
