It's thanks to Villegas' habit of crouching down on the floor in a pose similar to the one that the superhero adopts when crawling up a wall. Villegas reportedly does the move in order to get close to the ground when checking the lay of the green - he commented in 2006 that  "I was struggling last year with my putting and figured I had to do something about it. And maybe reading the greens better was going to help me. So middle of the round I went straight down there, tried to get real close to the ground. I Liked it, felt good, and kept doing it ever since."
