Why is Casey Anthony still out of jail after new evidence is revealed?

There are TWO HUGE bombshell pieces of evidence that have been released

1. Air sample from Caseys trunk came back positive for human decomposition.

2. DNA sample of Caylees hair was a match WITH signs of decay.

Why have they not thrown her back in jail on NEW charges?

she is going back to jail but right when she gets back they only have so much time to build a case and it would be easy with a body not so much with out a body & they want her to tell what happen & find the body she will be back in jail by monday i live in orlando that's what i hear

i think she might go back...but i really think that little caylee is dead...as terrible as it is. i was hoping, being a mother myself, that noone could do that but it happens all the time..... looking at those pictures of that little girl it drives me crazy thinking of her suffering and i dont even know who she is.

but me and my mother talk about this everyday and maybe what they are doing is trying to get her to confess or tell them where the body is because really if she doesnt confess they might never find her. i think they are really concerned with finding her so they can put her to rest.

also i think the grandparents are in big denial. the reporters asked the grandma what she thinks about the new evidence, and she said "what new evidence?" i cant imagine how she feels but i really hope she doesnt beleive everything her liar daughter says

are you crazy? yeah that is why they found evidence of a dead body, with her little girls hair in the back of her car. she didnt even turn it in that her daughter was missing and she doenst care she is gone. if you havent been following the case then dont comment on that. she is a ugly person on the inside and i dont care how beautiful a person is, they can still be bad....i mean you sound crazy yourself maybe you did it you moron!

I hope they are able to revoke her bail and send her flying back into a jail cell.  She shows no remorse and its just so sad to hear about it. Even if someone did take her which I highly doubt is the case, I would have called the cops immediately. She is hiding what really happened and the truth will come out soon.She should take whatever deal they are trying to offer her and bring peace to this whole situation.

I am guessing the reason they haven't locked her up again is  even though evidence was found its not enough to link her directly to a possible crime.  They might have to actually have a body before they can file further charges,but then again I am no expert.

As much as I wish differently, I don't think Caylee will be found safe and sound.  And I am guessing no new charges until they have the strongest evidence possible.  If her bond is revoked, that will keep her put until an airtight case can be made.  I hadn't heard the DNA of Caylee's hair matched, that will make the evidence against her even stronger.

I think Casey should be locked up for life. I've had experience with people like this and they would be capable of killing someone. Sadly, I believe that Caylee is dead.

Leon Padilla is going to have Casey's bond revoked.  He says she will be back in Jail by Monday.  Padilla now believes Caylee is dead and that her mother is responsible.

Because the conditions of her bond are met but the bondsman is about to revoke the bond and return her to the jail where she belongs.

i don't know why she is not in Jail, and the bonds person is thinking of revoking the bond thank goodness... she is a liar and is controlling everyone the way she wants to and I am really afraid that poor little girl is not alive anymore..

I don't think the FBI is twiddiling their thumbs on this one...They have the answers but, I dont think they want to go forward without a body or and a confession. This is my hunch on what happened: I believe that it was accidental death. My hunch...she left her in the car to sleep when she was at the bar...(where we see the photos of her partying I think the photos are before the little girl died).after leaving the bar she jumped in the car that night half drunk and forgot Calley was in the car. The next afternoon after sleeping off a hangover she remembers the girl in the car.....goes to car finds the girl dead. Because Casey is a psycho,manipulative liar she paniced and lied. The lie started to snowball and she had to keep on lying. The grandmother who has been manipulated by casey and played Caseys "little" game all her life has to help keep up the charade. I have a feeling that we will have a confession in about ummm...4 days

I agree with Mike. The authorities are playing a very smart game. I think it's great they didn't release evidence until Leonard Padilla got involved. Because now, especially with specific evidence back, he's reacted by talking badly about Casey, giving information about his experience with her, and using the media to get some attention while he spouts off about how he thinks she killed the child. It just makes her look really bad. Putting her back in jail is the best choice he's made so far (not that he's some mustache hero).

Casey HAS to be THE most INSANE ***** this Bernie has ever heard of. As she is shuffled around by her 'bodyguards' she acts like a three year old as she smugly 'dodges' cameras and smirks about her protection. She thinks she's ******* Paris Hilton.

People magazine should have never put Caylee on the front of the magazine b/c I think it fuels Casey's weird and twisted ego to get all this attention. And how sick is it that after the evidence came out her family STILL stands behind her wearing those t-shirts and holding vigils and asking for TRUST FUND MONEY. Please. Pah-leeeeaaaase.

Just because tests proved positive does not prove that any one person committed the crime. The police still need proof that one particular person was responsible which is probably why she has not as yet been re arrested.

She's going back before the weekend is over.  

I'm glad she was out for a few days just to prove what a liar and uncaring person she is.  She claimed that if they let her out she would help them find Caylee and she hasn't muttered one word of help or concern.  Having her released from jail proved what kind of a person she really is; now she can go back and even her own family will support it.
