Channel 70 has color bars 24/7 Why? its a waste of a channel!

  1. not a transmitting channel. waste of channel if you ask me!


  2. It is a test channel that installers use for checking their installations. It gives the installer a very quick idea if the system is working properly. It is not a wasted channel though it is not much use to you.
