cosmetics are not a NEED for EVERY woman. They are used to make a woman feel more attractive. And, alot of women do not even use them

Because Im very self conscious and make up make me feel better... and more confident in daily life.

As women we could have the most beautiful face and adoring skin we could be flawless and we would still find something wrong with our body.

Makeup is meant to enhance your beauty but a lot of women out there push it to far so you end up looking like a clown.

I rarely wear makeup just due to the fact that i don't want to look like a clown i am afraid if i wear any makeup i would look like one even if  i only wear lipstick.

I do know. If didn't constantlyonstanly show the ideal of how a woman should look then people like me would feel the need to make themselves into the ideal.

they are not required for every woman.  I only wear makeup when going out to fancy dinners, or church.  I don't put it on to impress anyone.   My skin is starting to show age spots, so I want to cover those up, so I been using make up more frequently lately.

If you don't feel comfortable wearing make up, don't.. If you boyfriend says you are ugly without it, then put just a bit on.  A little flesh colored blush, a  light eyeshadow, and a lip gloss.  If he wants more than that, tell him that stuff is expensive.  you buy it and i'll wear it.

simple. so u look good. and if u are in the arts, for effect, and dramatic appearence.
