  1. If you want me to cover this add me and I will let you IM me.  It would take too long to explain here and hurt a lot of feelings.

  2. Just more civilised and tolerant and we never had any segregation here so we were never set up to be a racist country. It does exist here but you're right, it's far more equal than America, g*y people have more equality too.

Also there is no real "Middle England" and patriotism isn't forced on us as it is in the USA.

  3. No offence meant to any americans here but britain tends to be a more tolerent country for loads of things.

  4. You think? You don't think it might be because people who are verbally abused racially don't speak out for fear of being beaten? Racism in England still exists, I mean not so much towards Black people, but more towards the second largest immagration group in England, the southern Asians. It's ok in most parts, as Britain is very multicultural, but it can get very ugly. Lot's of racially motivated abuse still. I mean look wat we think about the Polish!?

And America, well segregation there only ended what 60 years ago? I mean if you compare racism then to now, they have taken great strides. Wheras we didn't have segregation and we had a lower immagration population so therefore lower culture clash. We have had longer to work on it after taking America's example as well, and even then attitudes towards ethnic groups in the 70''s was atrociuos.

    Hope this helps

  5. are you kidding? racism in england is awfull, i know its nothing to be proud of, but its real bad. i dont know because ive never been to america, but i would say england is worse in racism than america. but here you get in alot of trouble for racism. if you were racist in london you would probably get your self into alot of s**t.
