  1. You just answered your own question.   There are also many cultural differences between different parts of the U.S. But,  having one major language , and a very strong sense of being the  UNITED States does make the many different states of the U.S. have many more similarities than differences.

  2. well one reason is because of immigration.Europe's economy is good which made more immigrants come to start a new life.

another reason is historically people move from place to place to grow crops and raise livestock in a medium weather.thats why.

  3. Your enthusiasm for Europe has misled you. The USA is just as culturally diverse, perhaps even more so. It is a huge continent populated by people of widely different attitudes and even languages.

The countries that you mention are not completely different. They may speak different languages but they have a lot in common. Try Alsace where France and Germany merge. Or Switzerland, where they merge with Italy.

I bet if you went to Alabama you would find people who were very different from folk in California or New England or even Tennessee.

The USA is culturally rich and you should make the most of it. I speak as a European.

  4. History.

In Europe most people still live where their ancestors lived many years ago.

The relative few who did move and settle in other countries did not have a big influence in most occasions.

In some countries it had a bigger impact, in others a lesser.

But in non as much as in the USA and Australia, Canada and New Zealand. In those countries all people now making the population got mixed and moved around before settling, (with maybe exceptions for the people living in the far north of Canada.)

That mixing made a for much more homogene population.

Americans are proud that they are so homogene, Europeans are proud of their national identity.
