I answered another question on this board and i had'nt read that two people exposed themselves to Mauricia Grant. At the time i read - it was racist jokes being made by co-workers. That is a bit much - i think she does deserve some compensation, but still nowhere near 250 million. And, I don't think it is Nascar's fault as much as it is the individuals that work for Nascar. At every job, there are bad apples - some more than others.

I'm not upset with NASCAR at all.  But $225 million bucks is a lot to lose just because you employ a handful of nitwit bigots.  I'm white and do not usually jump on the discrimination bandwagon, but come on.  I would not want to be called "nappy-headed" or be told to make my eyeballs bulge so that someone could see me in dark conditions?

Common decency isn't too much to ask for when you are at work, and personally I prefer to see only my husband's genitalia at home, privately.  Who are those pigs to think that they are entitled to do what they please where ever they choose to do so?

I am not sue-happy, but this lady may just have a pretty good case considering she went through all the proper channels with her complaints.  It may take a while in litigation, but NASCAR will probably just settle and make her go away.
