Jindal has the luxury of hindsight.  It is always 20-20

It has zero to do with any party affiliation.  If anyone wants to go down that path, they will need to tell us what party Bush belongs to and remind us how badly he botched Katrina.

He is very well aware of what happen the last time. With that knowledge he wants to make sure that does not happen again. Keep in mind it wasn't all her Fault. It started from the top. Bush then FIMA the Blanco, then Nagen you get the picture.

Because he's a Republican and not too proud to ask for help.  Also they tend not to wait around for the Feds to show up.  At least the idiot Mayor is doing something this time as well, I guess it only takes allowing a few thousand deaths to learn that lesson.
