Hubert on Family Guy is like this for a few reasons, 1 reason is that he is a pedofile. He is also homosexual which is why he only cares for teenage boys. it is also because he lives in the same neighbourhood as Chris, which means Chris is one of the few teenage boys close by. but it is not only Chris. There was the occasion when Chris had a bully problem and Hubert was interested in that boy (and his friends) as well.
