Let's start a "Dump Huston" chant when the A's have a lead late in the ball game in Oakland. We MUST get this chump out of here!

  1. you A's fans are relentless. You wanted Dye out after one bad season and see what happened

    Street is a good closer

Hes already got more saves this year than he ded last year, and considering you got him 4 years ago in the supplemental draft, and he went ahead and got 23 saves in his first MLB season, thats pretty good

and if the As werent 6 games under .500 and actually gave him a few more save opportunities, he might be doing better

  2. yeah but ziggy and blevins might get some save opportunities now

those guys dont know what a typical a's game is like

smith pitches 6 strong innings gives up 2 runs but we score three, ziegler comes in gets two dp's in two innings and street comes in to s***w up the game and then we lose

  3. People are reluctant to let go of former R.O.Y. Look at Bobby Crosby.

  4. Wow, he's having one bad season and people want to dump him. Geeze, I get annoyed by the what have you done for me today mentality. Look at what he did his three previous seasons too.

  5. You don't dump player because your having a bad season. Watch if you dumb him he probably comes back with a different team and will have a little minor league stint and get help with the pitching coach and be a killer closer. So that probably all he needs is a minor league stint to get his mechanics better and give him confidence back.
