Why is Indian Cricket League[ICL] feel boring?

It is also a same T20 format.But I feel it very boring & not really interested to watch it.

IPL is really entertaining & I will not miss watching a single match but what's up with ICL which we feel boring and why?

IPL will definitely be more interesting than ICL, because there aren't any such big names in ICL, like in the IPL. Also, IPL has a strong financial stability  which the ICL lacks and IPL bought all the famous and talented international cricketers. Also, the ICL is the rebel league and is not being given much publicity by the media, and it's matches are turning out to be monotonous due to the absence of talented players, and also because of the lack of financial support, and hype propagated by the media.

proberly because there is a lot more hype surrounding the IPL and the ICL doesn't have the same amount of big names that everyone wants to see
