Why is James Van Praagh mad at Barbara Walters?

He made a public prediction about her health, which was demonstrably wrong. He is not a qualified professional who should be diagnosing any medical disorders, but did so on her show. Any self respecting journalist would feel compelled to report that what was said on their show was incorrect, yet James Van Praagh is calling foul, saying he was backstabbed, and that she belittles those he's "saved". Why can't he take objective criticism like a big boy?

I don't think he is a real psychic. What I found weird about him was how he said that everyone has the capability to be psychic and anyone can develop the skills he has. He said he developed his skills. Yeah anyone can learn how to do cold reading!!!! It is not that hard. There is a website I saw recently that exposes the lies that Sylvia Browne told. She predicted the wherabouts of all these missing people and they were all proven wrong.

He is just mad that she outed him. Most of the time, the media will just brush the incorrect predictions under the rug. Good for Barbara Walters for outing him. I hate her and think she is annoying as h**l but I am glad she told the truth about that guy.

Because he is a total fake. A few years ago, there was a Marilyn Monroe exhibit on the Queen Mary. Mr. Van Praagh was on the boat, to apparently "read" some items that belonged to her. Well, this set of hot rollers he "read" were made in the 1970s! Marilyn died in 1962. He said she was unhappy, and he read that from the blonde hairs left in the curlers. They weren't Marilyn's rollers and that was Not her hair! UGH. None of the items on that boat belonged to Marilyn. He also was on Entertainment Tonight and they were showing him 8 x 10s of dead celebs, and he was saying things about them, oh he is happy, she isn't, etc. He is so full of it. Good for her to tell him off, but I question why she'd have such a fake on her show in the first place!
