well here... home in Cameron, North Carolina burned to the ground last night -- the same week he was suspended for 60 days for failing his second drug test! He lost all his possessions, and his dog perished in the blaze. According to legendary wrestling commentator Jim Ross' website, Hardy and his girlfriend were not home at the time. That is in reference to a fire that happened at his house the same week that he was suspended from the WWE due to his 2nd Wellness Policy infraction. His house was a complete loss, which of course included everything in it including his dog.

Of course though, Jeff didn't literally kill his dog.

Because his dog Jack got trapped inside of his house when it burned down. Jeff was out of the house when it happened, but Matt Hardy, who lives next door, was home and reported the fire but he didn't know if anyone was in the house or not. Matt then called Jeff on his cell phone and told Jeff what happened, but when Jeff Hardy got home his dog had already died.

He didn't care about anything else, but they couldn't get the dog, and he died because of the fire, now everyone thinks that it was Jeff's fault that his dog died, and it obviously wasn't his fault.
