Why is Jimmy Dean sausage wont fry on the stove, if it does it ends up burnt up, ?

when you roll out patties its full of grease , but not once it hits the fire , theres something in it that it wont be greasy when you eat it , stuff like thisthere putting in food is whats killing people not c igareetes , my mother smoked until she was 85 and died of heart attack, not from smoking , from now on im sticking to ballards sausage its even better .

start sausage and bacon in a cold pan and it won't stick, and will render it's fat better.

also sounds like your heat is too high.
