He's in a slump.

Because there are Better players out there. Guillen isn't a team player, nor does he understand teh CONCEPT of team. He doesn't run out hits. He makes excuses. He's a cancer in the Royals dugout. I will also say that the manager's continual "Bob Boone-ish" tinkering with the line ups doesn't help either. He's only going to be as productive as he wants. He didn't come into camp READY and he's not getting any better

he's streaky, and this is his slump period. people get impatient and drop him. if you have space on your roster pick him up and wait for him to get hot

Bec. his average has dropped to like .180 in July,and he hasn't homered in his past 12 games.I think he'll heat up in August though.
