Because of the situation of Jacksonville's offence.

They are going through so many changes so Scobee won't get that many points.  Hope that helps =)

Kickers just aren't that valuable.  Some teams that drafted 2 kickers often drop 1 after the draft.  Maybe some owners are doubting Scobee because of his stats from last year.  I have him on my team and I'm not dropping him.  I think he's undervalued (for a kicker) and he should kick a TON of field goals for the Jaguars this year.  He was injured for the second half of last year and should be fully healthy now.
