Why is MLB.TV so delayed. Regular 400k streamline is delayed 30 seconds. 1.2 is delayed even more?

I have lots of free memory space, Verizon full strenght broad band and it is so delayed. Can I demand a refund...

  1. its delayed more than you think like at least 5 minutes nothing is live anymore.
