For breakfast I ate a blueberry muffin and a bag of fruits like strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. I didn't pack a lunch and the only thing close is McDonalds... Is it really that bad?

  1. It has alot of calories and fat...but then again making a burger at home with ground beef and eating it on a bun with cheese and mayo probably has the same amount of fat and calories.  It's all about moderation.

  2. yes it is very unhealthy. they deep fry everything and very high in fat and calories. even there salads are not that healthy .

  3. if you don't eat it every day you should be just fine. They're loaded with starches and fats

  4. You can make it healthy! If you eat meat.  Get a burger with mustard~ only~ or there Salads. You really have to remove a lot of the sauces that places put on there food.  Plus there are additives and other things you have to worry about.  They only way to have healthy food is to really do it yourself.  And of course that takes time.

  5. Yes its unhealthy but you can eat it once a week but dont eat it everyday or you will die early lol you can choose something healthy they have muffins yogurt salads too

  6. If you have the time, visit McDonald's website and  look up their nutrition values.

Then after you pick yourself up off the floor from the shock of how terrible their food is for you, figure out what else you could possibly eat! but don't worry, Sonic and Burger King are much worse than McDonalds, but not by much!

  7. There are some unhealthy foods and healthy foods.

  8. Eating it once in awhile wont hurt you.  (Like once a month.)  But there is nothing healthy about anything at McDonald's.  Even the apple wedges are processed and pumped with chemical preservatives.

  9. Have you seen super size me? the guy had to go under the knife... not so good for anyone.

  10. mc donalds is truly unhealthy i think the buns have a ton of carbs and big macs are 1,000 calories no joke go to subway it is more healthier take care

  11. No. They have salads, sandwiches, yogurt...you can find something healthy :)

  12. It is all processed and frozen. And forget about the high calorie content and all that stuff. If you don't have anything with you then fine I will make an exception and eat a salad or something.

If you really want to know how unhealthy this stuff is for you then I recommend you watch 'Super Size Me'.  It's an excellent movie.

  13. Well, anything occasionally isn't bad for you. It's when you eat it ALL the time is when it is bad. They also have salads too and as long as you don't put lots of dressing it would be healthy. You'll be fine!

  14. McDonalds is unhealthy because of all the food additives and high amounts of sugar and sodium in their food.

Their buns...loaded with sugar's evil cousin High Fructose Corn Syrup (easily one of the worst things you can consume).  Their salads?  Okay, the lettuce itself isn't bad, but you might want to check out that dressing ingredients label.  Lots of sugar, sodium, and other c**p your body doesn't need or want.

Nutritionally, the food is devoid of anything healthy or nutritious.  Honestly, it is one of the worst possible choices you can make.  It is only slightly (and I mean slightly) better than starving.

The blueberry muffin...read that label.  It's essentially cake.  I mean, would you eat chocolate cake for breakfast?  I ask, because that's essentially what a muffin is.

The whole fruit is good.  It has fibre (something your body needs, and something you would be hard-pressed to find at McDonalds).  Try getting some protein in your body in the morning; your body will thank you later on.

  15. YESSS....go watch that one movie...i dont remember what it was called but mcdonalds is very unhealthy!!.....the movie is about someone who eats mcdonalds for a while and gets really sick
