Why is Mcdonalds pushing the southern style chicken sandwich soooo hard....really i dont get it.?

they have it everywhere....every mcdonalds commercial is now for that sandwich i have never seen so many free coupons for a sandwich from mcdonalds...there online in ads in the mail in the newspapers everywhere......and for the first time today i tried it with a coupon....i have 4 more!!!.....and honesly its a breaded piece of midgrade quality chicken on a regular old burger bun with melted butter/margarine squirted on the top half of the bun and 3 pickles in it..........and i give it a 5 out of 10.....i just dont see the big huge hype....what is mcdonalds trying to do with this i really dont understand.
